Having worked all over the world, overcome huge personal challenge, ran my own business and built a property portfolio along the way I know what it takes to build the life you want.

Who do you want to be?

It’s easy to get knocked down or fall into negative patterns from what life throws at us. However I know that one chapter of our life doesn’t define the whole story and we always have the opportunity to change. I am here to help you discover that thing within you that lights you up. To remind you who it is you want to be then help you create that in your life. Life Coaching is about giving you the tools to be the person you want to be. Successful and more importantly fulfilled on your terms.

How the Session works?

Coaching is client lead, so you will be asked what area or topic that you’d like to focus on in the session. From there I will help you identify what it is you want to take away or achieve by the end of coaching session. This might be a plan, clarity, to understand something better, move on, over come anxiety, increase your confidence, beat procrastination etc. Through a serious of questioning and feedback I will then guide you to that goal.

Each session is individually tailored. Knowledge and self awareness are powerful and important so I also aim to educate clients in a way that informs and empowers them.

Are online sessions as effective?

Yes. Around half of my clients are coached online or via voice or video call and I have clients in various countries around the world. Online or telephone coaching is equally effective. It can be beneficial and convenient for those who are exceptionally busy, in a different area or want the ease of coaching without having to travel for it.

How many sessions will I need?

It’s totally up to you. The nature of coaching is that I could do one session with you and Im confident you would experience a benefit from it. The reality is however that you get back what you put in. Much like seeing a personal trainer one session would get far less results than several. For those who know they want to move forward and are committed to doing so I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions. This allows the power of process to take place and to really go into the details of what you want to achieve.

Online Coaching

For online or telephone coaching sessions please have a wifi connection or strong phone signal to ensure a good line. As well as your note pad and pen.


Payment for appointments is to be made at the end of your session by cash or card if in person. For online sessions please make payment via an online transfer at the end of the session. A receipt can be given on request to you or a business.

Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make the scheduled coaching session for any reason please notify me immediately. If you cannot reschedule for the same week then the full fee may be charged for non-attendance or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
